RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Mary Yeager, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you always have the legal rights described below.

 

1. Cooling Off Period

You have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days after receipt, without giving any reason. The cooling off period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product.

 

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email within 30 days to: support@maryyeager.com

Please include:

• Your name

• Your order number

• A statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement

After your notification, you will receive return instructions from us.

 

3. Return Addresses

You can choose from the following return options.

 

Option A. Fast Solutions

In addition to your legal right to a full refund, we also offer voluntary alternatives.

You can choose:

• A 30 percent refund and keep the product

• Store credit worth 60 percent of your purchase amount

These options are entirely voluntary.

 

Option B. European Return Address

You can return your order to our EU return address. This is the fastest and safest option. After receiving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount. You will automatically receive the current EU return details by email after your withdrawal request.


Option C. Return to the Supplier

You may also choose to return the product directly to our supplier. Please note:

• Processing may take longer

• Shipping is at your own risk

• We will refund once we have received or verified the return

 

4. Refund

After receiving your return or confirmation of shipment, we will refund the full amount within a maximum of 30 days. This includes the standard shipping costs paid with your order.Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Condition of the Product

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may charge a depreciation fee.

 

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized products

• Sealed hygiene products once the seal has been broken

These exceptions are always clearly stated with the product.

 

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, contact us at: support@maryyeager.com

We will immediately check availability and assist you.

 

8. Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will resolve this free of charge with:

• A replacement

• Or a full refund
